Delivery times
- Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 days.
- Outside Dhaka: usually 2–5 days.
Delivery can take a little longer during public holidays, bad weather or other disruptions. If your order is running late, we will let you know.
How to pay
- Inside Dhaka: cash on delivery. Pay the full amount in cash when your order arrives.
- Outside Dhaka: send the ৳150 delivery charge in advance to confirm your order, then pay for the product in cash when it arrives.

Keep your transaction ID. We check each advance payment by hand and send your order once it is confirmed; you pay the rest in cash on delivery.
When your parcel arrives
Please open and check your parcel in front of the delivery rider. If an item is broken or is not what you ordered, hand it back to the rider there and then and contact us — we will replace it. Keep your phone on around delivery time so the rider can reach you.
