- When you message us: what you send us and how to reply to you.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, which our website records to keep orders secure and prevent fraud.
How we use it
To process, deliver and support your orders; to send order emails (confirmation and updates); to answer your questions; and to keep our records as the law requires. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only with the delivery service that brings your order (your name, phone number, address and the amount to collect). Advance delivery charges are paid through bKash, Nagad or Rocket, under their own privacy terms — we never see your PIN. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and your browser
We use cookies to keep your cart and keep you signed in, and to note which website or link brought you to our shop. Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser. Product videos come from YouTube: their preview images load from YouTube, and a video only plays (under YouTube’s privacy policy) when you press play.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and as the law requires. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.
