These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Ordering
After you place an order you see a confirmation with your order number, and a copy is emailed to you. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was shown in error, we will contact you before sending anything — you can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel.
Prices and delivery charges
Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳). The delivery charge for your area and your full order total are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment
Inside Dhaka, orders are paid in cash on delivery. Outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is paid in advance by bKash, Nagad or Rocket to confirm the order, and the product is paid in cash on delivery. Details are in our Delivery policy.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh — usually within 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–5 days outside Dhaka. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery rider. Items that arrive damaged, or are not what you ordered, are replaced when reported at delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. See our Returns & replacements policy.
Changing or cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it may no longer be possible to change it.
Product information
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
